So what happens when your computer does not does switch on?

If you have very important data then your first step is to check your backup ups. If the backups are not uptodate then you should leave the computer alone and give us a call.

We will not charge for advice or looking to see if we can recover data so drop the computer into us where we can use our skills and equipment to determine the situation.

Please note that all information is treated with the utmost respect and we never look further than we need to.

If we need to spend a couple of hours to recover your data we generally charge around £50, but again there is no charge for letting us try.
